Refund & Cancellation Policy

We value transparency, accountability, and client trust — and that includes being upfront about our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

This policy explains how cancellations, changes, and refund requests are handled for all our service plans and engagements.

1. General Policy

By engaging MHAFs for SEO or digital marketing services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Our services are custom, time-sensitive, and labour-intensive — each strategy is tailored specifically to your business goals.

Therefore, refunds are limited and conditional as explained below.

2. Refund Policy

We believe in fair business and clear expectations.
However, because our work involves ongoing hours of research, content, and execution, refunds are not typically issued once a campaign or service has begun.

Refunds may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made in error.
  • Service not initiated (no deliverables or work started within 10 business days of payment).
  • Technical error resulting in incorrect billing or payment processing issues.

In all other cases, including change of mind or unrealistic expectations, refunds cannot be provided once project initiation has occurred.

All approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 10–15 business days, using the same method as the original payment.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may request cancellation of any ongoing SEO or digital marketing service by contacting us at asad@mhafs.io.

The following terms apply:

  • For monthly retainers, cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.
  • If cancellation occurs after the cycle begins, the current month’s payment is non-refundable.
  • Upon cancellation, all active tasks, reporting, and campaign management will cease immediately.

Please note: due to the nature of SEO, progress achieved before cancellation cannot be reversed or “undone.”

4. One-Time Projects and Audits

For one-time SEO audits, technical reviews, or content optimisation projects, full payment is required upfront before delivery.

Once research or work has started, refunds are not available, as our specialists dedicate immediate time and resources to your custom strategy.

5. Performance-Based Services

We never promise guaranteed rankings or traffic numbers.
SEO outcomes depend on numerous external factors, including search algorithm updates, competitor activity, and user behaviour.

Hence, dissatisfaction with results does not qualify for a refund, but we always offer additional support, reporting, and strategy reviews to help clients stay on track.

6. Third-Party Services

If our work involves purchasing third-party tools, ads, or software on your behalf (e.g., Google Ads credits, hosting, plugins, or subscriptions), refunds are subject to those providers’ own policies.
MHAFs is not liable for third-party platform fees once initiated.

7. Affiliate Products and Promotions

Affiliate products or external services recommended through our website are governed by their own refund terms.
If you purchase a tool or software via an affiliate link, please contact that provider directly regarding refund or cancellation requests.

We may assist by guiding you on the process, but MHAFs does not control or issue refunds for third-party affiliate sales.

8. Project Termination by MHAFs

MHAFs reserves the right to terminate a contract or cancel services under the following circumstances:

  • Breach of terms or non-compliance with the agreement.
  • Non-payment or repeated late payments.
  • Behaviour that is abusive, fraudulent, or unethical.

In such cases, clients will be notified in writing. Any outstanding invoices will remain payable.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, payment systems, or service terms.
The revised version will always be posted on this page with the updated date.
